RESULTS
Our review determined that the income tax laws were unfairly causing the Client to overpay its state income taxes. Its multi-state apportionment totaled over 100%. In fact, several prior state audits upheld the double taxation on the Client's income. We immediately set to work with our lobbyists in the state legislature. Our lobbyists were successful in convincing the state legislature to correct the tax law in 1996. This resulted in the elimination of double taxation, which has saved the Client over $250,000 to date.
WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR
